About Catherine Park, Esq.

Catherine Park, Esq., has conducted numerous trials, and serves as lead counsel on behalf of all types of clients—individuals and businesses. Many of Ms. Park's cases involve constitutional claims (including the First Amendment guarantee of a free press, Fourth Amendment ban on unlawful searches and seizures, Fifth Amendment privilege against compelled self-incrimination, and the Executive and Legislative Privileges).
